Randy and Todd are my family's heroes. We were told we had to replace our compressor. Randy came out and fixed our 13 year old compressor and saved us $8,000.00. They are professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very affordable. I will call them first next time.

Todd's service guys were busy so he came out himself. Todd found the problem right away. Even though he could have left right away and still made his $75 minimum service fee (which is less than most), he stuck around to check everything out and give the furnace some tlc. Old school honest.
As a new homeowner, I'm sure that HVAC issues will come up again, but from now on, I can rest easy telling myself (and friends and Yelpers looking for someone) "I've got a great HVAC guy!"
Todd provided a phone consultation that solved our problem right away! He answered his phone (on a Sunday, after a holiday!!!!), took the time to hear what the problem was, and then quickly got our heat going on one of the coldest days of the year. have Ben using all temperature heating for 7 years, and I couldn't be happier. Todd is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is very honest and he knows what he's doing, and most importantly he doesn't "overcharge". Recently he replaced a motor on my a/c compressor. I looked up the price for the motor on the internet, and found that Todd charged me the same price. Also, he came out the same day I called him.
Todd came out and helped me ascertain an issue with the AC in my apartment. It really wasn't getting cool enough on hot days and after taking a look, Todd determined that the unit was way underpowered given the heat gain on my unit. He recommended a unit with a higher tonnage.I presented my landlord--who had been giving me the runaround-- with the findings and he had no choice but to swap out our unit with a larger one as Todd recommended. Since then, the unit has been much cooler and bearable on all but the hottest days of the summer.
When they sent Randy over, Randy was able to identify the problem with an overheating fan motor. He reset the circuit and worked with me in clearing up the dirt around the fan blower to get the necessary airflow to keep the system running at the right temp. No furnace replacement necessary, which I have seen others jump right into the sales process instead of the diagnostics that Randy did. Thanks for the quick easy and cheap repair.
